There is some exterior work that needs to be done on the home. It is mostly minor and the seller will have the necessary repairs completed in escrow. In general, the home is in very good condition. The road to the back of the property hasn't been used in a long time and is somewhat overgrown. A couple hours with a scraper would help a lot.
