From Kiger Manor it is a quiet approximate 15 minute drive to the OSU campus or to downtown Corvallis with a wide variety of shopping $2,300/mo covers your initial rent for one or two tenants and most utilities including water, sewer, electric, & trash services This is a shared home - applicants will be interviewed for synergy with our household and rent is month to month - First month's rent plus $1,400 deposit due prior to move-in ($900 refundable - $500 move-out cleaning fee) - Last month's rent will be split four ways and pro-rated across the subsequent four months of your stay to reduce your up-front costs Optional: cleaning, linens, and upkeep ($500/mo) includes - Weekly fresh towels and bed linens service - Weekly vacuuming, dusting, & trash removal - Monthly sink, countertop, tub, and shower cleaning Optional: third resident ($300/mo) includes an additional twin bed installed into the suite and additional parking spot Optional: pet policy ($300 deposit + $125/mo) allows you to have one (clean) cat living with you in the suite Optional: propane service ($actual cost) allows you to use the in-unit propane fireplace with remote control thermostat (propane is delivered via truck into an on-site propane tank) Basic shared-use internet may be available (let's discuss your needs) - Optional high speed internet is available via Alyrica (a local provider) or many cellular plans. We are happy to facilitate any installation requirements. As we are currently in-between tenants, we are also open to weekly stays at $1,200/wk * Note that there is currently a large "retro" entertainment center in the suite with a large flat screen CRT, Sega Genesis, and DVD player hooked up. We can leave this in place, or we can remove it and instead place a desk or bed in the space (see above third resident option) * Note that the access to this suite is via a shared stairwell.
