Our back house includes: - Kitchen with a full-sized fridge, stove, oven, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, small appliances and utensils. - Mini Split which provides Heat and Air Conditioning. - Bathroom with shower/tub, vanity, medicine cabinet and shelves. - Living Area has a couch and coffee table. Great space for watching TV, relaxing and/or reading. - Bedroom area has a queen-sized bed, free standing closet, TV, nightstand and dresser. - Linens/towels provided upon request. - Minutes to the 8 and 5 freeways. - Private Laundry in studio. - Wireless internet. - Smart TV (YouTube TV, HBO, Showtime, Netflix) - Walk to shops & grocery store. - About 1 mile to the ocean.
