In drier times the creek does not reach the river as deposits over the years have built a natural barrier. This effectively dams the creek and creates the water you see pictured. There is an old well (no info), others in the area are noted as great producers. Home has no value save for salvage materials. Frantzen Ln is currently a prescriptive easement and sellers working to obtain a deeded version.
