I rent to many Section 8 tenants, and the lady on the first floor has been here for 5 years. There only reason the current tenant is moving is because she had another child, and is moving into another unit I own, as I treat my tenants very well, and they sem to stay with me for a long time. I am not looking for loud destructive tenants, but rather decent people who would like to be treated as such. I don't operate a slumlord operation, and in turn I would like my property treated kindly.
