A paved road leads directly to the property, making winter access safe and easy and we are located less than One Mile from downtown Homer. You are able to park your vehicle within a few steps of the Cabin. Homer Hillside Cabins were built in 2019, are modern, new and nice. Cabin #6 is fully furnished, two story home, with a large deck and amazing views.. Cabin #6 is Smoke Free - No Smoking Is Ever Allowed. We want to provide our guests the healthiest environment possible. First and last month's rent due at signing. City of Homer Water and Sewer are Included. ( The water quality is excellent). All Utilities are Included. - these included Electric and Natural Gas. Garbage Service is Provided. High Speed Internet is Included. Snow Plowing is Included whenever 5 inches or more of snow accumulates on the driveway/parking area. Ample Parking is included for 2 vehicles. Tenant is responsible to help prevent any pipe freezing during extreme temperatures during the winter. Maintaining the cabin temperature to 68 degrees and having a slow dripping of the faucet in the bathtub when the outside temperature reaches 10 degrees or less is the responsibility of the tenant.
