Hardwood floors, spacious walk-in closet, Murphy-bed closet with pull-down bedframe; just add your own mattress. Water & Trash are included in the rent; just pay gas and electric. This is a great location for a single person. We allow one pet up to 30 lbs, no vicious breeds or breed mixes per our insurance. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $300, and a monthly pet fee of $25. Though we are still working on it, tours are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 3:30pm by contacting our office for the lockbox code. Lease is for one year, then automatically goes month-to-month, no additional paperwork required. Water & Trash are included in the rent; tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Parking lot next to apartment building. Renters insurance is encouraged but not required.
