There is a good-sized kitchen with all the appliances and a dining nook with an oak table and four farmhouse chairs, The bathroom has been recently re-done and hosts new tile floor and a standing shower - sorry no bath but it does have a ceiling heater to make sure your showers are cozy There are in-wall heaters in every room and a brand new split unit for air/heat in the main living room that I just put in this summer. Large living room with lofted ceilings (rare for a basement) large windows for light and airflow and outdoor yard for sitting, reading, watching the water and with the potential to have a small garden (negotiable). The unit is currently furnished - should you have your own furniture we can make arrangements to move all of my furnishings into the garage. There is a dedicated on-site parking spot for one vehicle - more space is avail on the street - and the potential for storage space in the garage.
