Nice back yard with a covered patio and an additional storage shed for tools, lawnmower, etc. Home was updated in 2018 and a new roof in 2019. Stainless steel appliances with washer and dryer hookups located inside the house. Half garage with rafters for additional storage. Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for Power, Water & Sewer, Refuse Service and Internet/Cable, if desired. Pet Policy: We will consider allowing pets on a case-by-case basis with owner approval. If a pet is approved, there will be an additional $500 deposit per pet. Landscaping: Tenants are responsible for landscaping and exterior care. We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $40 per adult applicant. We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one within the last 30 days, but we require you to also apply directly with us. If you've already paid for/completed a Zillow Screening, you will pay a reduced nonrefundable Zillow Screening Fee of $10 to complete your background screening. First month's rent and deposit due at move-in. Tenant pays for all utilities (water, electric, garbage, internet, cable etc.). Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance. No smoking allowed. Tenant is responsible for holding own renters insurance.
