Private room for rent in a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home. The room easily fit a large bed. The bathroom would be shared with one other person. It comes with an assigned parking space in the alley, we have in-unit washer and split all of the utilities evenly. This is a no smoking household and we like to have the noise down in common areas by 10 pm. A little about us: We are two sisters in our 60's. We both work full time and we go out of town to our hometown in Mexicali a few times a month. We like to cook, watch soccer, and enjoy beers and family visits.
