By appointment only. This is a two bedroom with Eat-in Kitchen, full bath, and living room. It has separate REAR entrance with off-street parking at the rear of the building. It also includes a bonus room in the basement with closet. You would have sole use of the basement. Basement also has a separate large area for storage and laundry. Do not visit unless you have an appointment with me. It may be available on 10/1/21 however to manage expectations we set a 10/15/21 date. We will not accept pets and no smoking. Owner pays water/sewer. Tenant pays gas (heat) and electricity.
