The experience of living at this mountain location is amazing: fresh air, awesome spring water and forest all around. The house is comfortable and is prepped up with a back-up solar system and gravity fed water which can be hand pumped if the power goes out! There are some aspects of the exterior which are less than completely polished, but if your are in love with living in a peaceful setting with school choice for children, this could be a perfect choice. I am open to negotiation relating to duration of lease.
