    PLEASE TEXT ME PRIOR TO CALLING. You can apply through Zillow and provide all of the financial items at the bottom of the listing. Available for move in mid January. House is fully upgraded with stainless appliances, hardwood floors, fresh paint, new carpet, shutters, pool, and fire pit. Front yard has white picket fence great for kids and adults to hangout. House does have air conditioning although it's rarely needed. Entertainers Backyard is amazing especially at night when you have all the lights on and the fire pit lit up. All backyard furniture, pergola, and fire pit will be staying with the property. I do have a fence for the pool as well if you have toddlers to keep it safe. House has solar so only utilities you will have to pay is water, gas, and sewer. However if you overload the solar system you will be response for the electric overages Tenant will be responsible for maintenance on the front and backyard, I currently have a landscaper come every other week for $50/month if you would like to keep that. Very family oriented neighbohood filled with families with kids ranging from ages 4-11 years old. All the neighbors are very friendly. Ideally I am hoping to rent to a family as that would be the best fit for the house and neighborhood. However I am open to other applicants as well.
