This home will be great for a large family. It has vinyl flooring and tile throughout the house. It's located in town by all the schools and shopping centers. It also features a large fenced in backyard and parking in front of the house. We do one year leases, but sometimes we consider a six month lease. The renter is responsible for all bills and upkeep of the yard.
