This is a single room in the up stairs level of the house. It is a 5 bedroom house with 2 rooms upstairs and 3 rooms downstairs. It has the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and living room upstairs. Downstairs have the 3 additional rooms, bathroom, and laundry room. I live upstairs in one of the rooms that this person would have to share the bathroom with. Downstairs by daughter and her friend each have one of the rooms with their own bathroom as well. The Laundry room will be used by everyone along with the upstairs kitchen as needed. I have setup a small kitchen area downstairs with a fridge and microwave and other items to allow more space and less use of everyone in the 1 kitchen upstairs. I do have a security system in my home with the doors and the down stairs windows setup. I do have a back door with a deck and a fenced back yard for privacy. Everyone is pretty respectful and we like to keep it that way and just have a peaceful quiet home. The whole house is either tile or liniment flooring and one of the tenants does have a dog that she keeps in her room, except to go out back when she is home. I do have a hot tub and a firepit that is available year round along with an above ground pool I setup during the spring and summer months. Their is a deck out the back door with a grill if you enjoy cooking outside as well. I am happy doing a month to month rental agreement. All i ask is a months notice before you move out to have time to get the room ready for someone else. We just ask everyone be respectful of people privacy and person space along with keep the noise to a minimum. Other than the monthly rent and your food costs all the utilities will be covered by me.
