I raise chickens for meat and eggs, ducks for eggs and plant three gardens every spring. Three bedroom, two bath fully furnished and equipped private home with a 40 foot front porch overlooking a small lake. Free WiFi, and 58" smart TV. Two outside table and chair sets. Fire ring with TIKI Torches, free initial firewood, barbecue grill with free initial briquettes and lighter fluid. Mowed and groomed hiking trails thru fields and wooded areas. Public hunting lands close by and wild game such as deer, turkeys, geese, rabbits, and squirrels are seen on the property almost daily. Owner pays water, electricity, and wifi-internet. Lessee pays flat fee of $50 a month for propane during the months of December, January and February. Pro-rated for stays less than 30 days. No smoking inside house, no drinking to excess or underage drinking. No gatherings, parties or events without prior authorization. Small dogs allowed with non-refundable fee. Proper ID required of all guests and visitors over the age of 16. Free parking for two cars
