Many interested buyers from other states had called me in 2020 but didn't want to travel because of covid.. (Note: I have had more than 1100 views on Zillow in past 30 days so I know there is a lot of interest out there!). NOTE: This is a 1972 manufactured double wide home, on a concrete foundation.
