We have a very low crime rate and take pride in neighborhood watch. Our schools are particularly good starting with our third year in row Distinguished School Awarded elementary Parkmont School. Schools are within walking distance. BART is also within walking distance. Washington Hospital is a few blocks from our neighborhood. You couldn't ask for a friendlier area to live, nor could you ask for a more convenient, safe place to raise children. We love our neighborhood park and swimming pool.
