We are single men sharing a home just off NYS Route 13 in the Hamlet of Newfield, NY. Our recently remodeled one-bedroom suite is ideal for a single man who needs a quiet space to live and work. It has a private entry from the front porch, driveway parking, and WiFi is provided. It is a short walk down our grassy path to Bank Street, which leads into the hamlet by way of a Civil War era cemetery and the historic Newfield Covered Bridge. The five mile drive into Ithaca takes you by way of two NYS Parks - each with a variety of trails and waterfalls. Ithaca itself has an abundance of fine restaurants, museums, and performance venues. The scenic Finger Lakes Region is also home to assorted wineries and breweries - many of which have bistro-style restaurants on site. Apartment is available for ~10 months beginning August 1st through May 31st - All utilities are included in the base rent - This is a smoke free house - Reserved for single occupancy (occasional overnight guest(s) welcome). - Off street parking space provided - Basic cleaning service included every 2 weeks (weekly cleaning is available at additional $120- / month).
