We are looking for a companion to help my 84 year old mother with minor living needs. She is a retired real estate investor and is very friendly. The bathroom is shared. Parking is across the street with an included permit. Water, heat, hot water, garbage, and internet included for $88 per month. We would prefer a roommate with a bachelor's degree and a 750 credit score minimum. Please let us know a little bit about yourself, a resume, and picturee. We are flexible on the lease. If either party is not happy with the roommate situation then we are ok for you to move out.
