This two bedroom cottage is situated ocean front with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, where unobstructed views extend to Point Judith Light House. You can choose to open the windows to smell and feel the ocean breezes, or utilize the high efficiency Fujitsu mini splits for heating and cooling. The large kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. There are two bedrooms, one room offers a queen bed and the other two twin beds for sleeping accommodations. There is one full bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset skies fill the view from the expansive bay window, where you can watch surfers out on the water throughout the day. Please note the house does not have a washer/dryer or hookups. Utilities are included but there is a monthly cap on the electricity and heating (heat pump electric)
