The bathroom has all new fixtures. The large kitchen includes a new refrigerator, a stove and plenty of cabinets. The unit has no W/D space. There is a local laundry and dry-cleaning downtown. What would you do with your free time? We are situated in a favorite part of Franklin's Historic Neighborhood a great walking area, so no gym is needed. Your residence is literally a two to three-minute walk to Franklin's town center (a variety of great restaurants and shops), Dean College, The 1st Library, The Town Common (Wed. evening concerts, 4th of July, Fridays Farmers' Market), commuter trains into Boston, and the GATRA bus for around town and minutes to 495. Equal distance to Boston, Providence, and Worcester. A one-year lease. All applicants/occupants will need to fill out a lease and are subject to, a credit check, employment verification and reference checks. Private leased registered off-street parking for one car. A second applicant and car will be subject to an additional charge per lease. You are responsible for apartment liability insurance, electric and cable. Manager takes care of hot water, landscaping, snow plowing and trash. We are getting a lot of response for the apartment so please bear with us.
