Tam, as well as a private yard with a pebbled fire pit area on the banks of the creek at high tide. You also, in addition to your private entrance, have a ~60 square foot first-floor storage room off your entryway that can be used as an office, bike tuning shop, or even a tiny guest room. Garden: You have a large, irrigated garden bed with lemons, blueberries, and other fun plants--bonus points if you're into gardening! Location & weather: You're on effectively a dead end street, and on the second floor mostly over my garage. Parts of the home are above my tiny Jr. ADU that I live in part time (my partner lives in Tahoe so I'm there a lot.) I'm very quiet and have no pets, and there are no shared areas except the dock. Second floor living here means the best views, quiet, and an amazing breeze. All with the best weather in the Bay Area--rarely too hot or too cold, almost no fog, and usually sunny. I'm in construction and am trying to bill fewer hours to save my body from wear and tear and enjoy life a little more. You need to see this place to see how beautiful it is. It's hard to believe you're a 30 minute ferry ride from SF and close to shops and restaurants. It feels like you're on vacation every day!
