Start your day sipping coffee on the private deck. Spend your days at the beautiful Salisbury Beach or enjoying the arcades and carousel on the boardwalk. With 3 clubs and 10 restaurants within a 10-minute walk, you can dance all night knowing you are just steps from home. The cottage features a divan couch in front of a big screen TV, a table with seating for four, and new central AC/heat with mini-splits. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and gas stove with oven. The private deck is sheltered on two sides by the cottage, and the full bathroom includes a shower, jetted tub, and hair dryer. A stacked washer and dryer are also available. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate. For family-friendly homes, a luxury Pack-n-Play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge as availability permits. Salisbury Beach is included in the Boston Mamas' 10 Most Awesome Boston-Area Beaches. In addition to great strolling, surfing, and sunning, the Salisbury Beach area offers music and shows at the Salisbury Beach Stage and Blue Ocean Music Hall, a carousel and amusement park, and many biking trails like Salisbury Beach State Reservation Trail and Salisbury Point Ghost Trail. Enjoy cruises for dinner, fishing, or whale watching, nature walks at Parker River National Wildlife Reservation, and numerous Audubon and Trustees of the Reservation sites. For family fun, pick berries at Cider Hill Farm or pan for gold with American Gold Prospecting Adventures. History buffs will appreciate the area's rich seafaring and colonial history, with nearby attractions like the Lowell Ship Building Museum and Newburyport Maritime Museum. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time. These are cause for eviction with no refund. If any damage impacts our ability to offer the home for future guests, you will be held liable. During peak season, this home has a strict no pets policy. However, small to medium dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis for extended-stay, off-season guests only, with additional fees applying. Pets left alone at the home will need to be crated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please follow all parking instructions and only use those spaces allotted to Love Shack. Guests enter Love Shack from the front door, and the property is considered mobility friendly, with one-floor living possible, few stairs to enter, and easy access bathing options. Love Shack provides high-speed internet services, meeting the needs of guests traveling for both work and pleasure. A laptop computer is not included.
