It is in an excellent location with numerous coffee shops, breweries and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is private with a large yard to enjoy. It is set up as a vacation rental, is available immediately and rented on a month-to-month basis. No additional taxes or cleaning fees. All utilities included.
