Must follow all rules and regulations set forth by the Board and property management company. General upkeep of the property is the responsibility of the renter. The grass is cut by the property management. The property must be clean at all times. Lease duration will convert to monthly automatically after 1 year but, may continue up to 3-4 years depending on circumstances.
