Inside you'll find an open living room with vaulted ceiling and skylights, dining area and kitchen with chef's gas stove, as well as a bonus sun room you can use for yoga, art, office, reading or relaxing. There is also a sweet corner bedroom with a new queen bed and adjacent full bath with tub. Upstairs, a spacious master bedroom with high ceiling and two work stations, a third bedroom and sky-lit bathroom.The finished, walk-in basement has a den area with sofa and TV, a bathroom and laundry room.The house comes stocked with beach chairs/towels, a large beach umbrella, kids sand toys and various lawn toys, bats, balls, kids fishing poles and boogie boards as well as a beach cart to haul more than you can carry to the beach. Did we mention we are a 1 min drive (10 minute walk) to Ditch Plain Beach? 2 blk walk to Montauk Downs State Park and 1 mile to town center.
