We are looking for someone to take over our lease in The Gates apartment complex. This is a luxury apartment complex with prompt maintenance, pool, gym, and responsive management - we have really enjoyed living here!The lease will be entirely yours, not a sublease, and the apartment will be unfurnished and touched up as if you were moving in at the beginning of the rental season. If you like the place and sign next years lease by the end of January your rent will stay the same as it is now. Please note that because of the chaos of moving the photos are from the model apartment - the layout, paint color etc. are identical, but the kitchen is set up slightly differently. Our apartment is in the "Georgetown" configuration that you can see on the website, and is a ground floor apartment. Water and internet are included in the rent, you pay your own electricity. There is an additional pet rent up to two pets. The rooms will not be rented out separately - all tenants must be on the same lease. We are able to work with a mid-December move in if that makes it easier for you!
