The bathroom has been updated and the kitchen has had some updates as well ... but perhaps the best update of all is the 12x7 walk-in "California" style closet. It is big enough to be a room of it's own and offers awesome built-in organization. The BR is very large - approximately 12x15. Because of the built-in storage in closet, you really don't need much BR furniture other than a bed, side table and floor lamps. The LR is very spacious and offers several different options for furniture positioning. Tenant must pay a one time fee to condo association to register a car and obtain a pass to access the gated community. As mentioned above, the community is gated with a security code required for entrance. Heat, gas and hot water are included with rent - tenant is responsible for electric (including AC) and any cable/phone connection you choose. The community has a beautiful pool and fitness room included as well! This is a great community to live in - it is less than 3 miles to 83 and less than 4 miles to the center of Towson, so very convenient to both downtown and Baltimore County! Also less than a mile to both Loyola University and Notre Dame of Maryland University and 2 miles to Johns Hopkins University. You can't beat the convenience of this location.
