Renter is responsible for all utilities including water, electric, gas, internet, garbage and regular maintenance / garbage and recycling must be placed outside weekly. Payment via Zelle or direct deposit preferred. Any credit card or other processing fees to be added to the rent amount. $50 late fee after 5 days. $100 late fee after 10 days. Cleaning fee of $200. Renter responsible for any damage to the property of furnished items above and beyond standard wear & tear. Rental party limited to 4 persons. Guests limited to 4 persons max and 2 nights max. Any gatherings over 10 persons must be approved.
