Hello everyone! I absolutely love this town home.. It has been very well take care of. Every room has hardwood flooring expect for the living room, which has carpet. Storm windows are in place of all of the windows. Its all electric! The kitchen has been upgraded with checkered flooring, and granted counter tops. Comes with refrigerator, washer and dryer. Covered parking for two to possibly three vehicles depending on vehicle sizes. I grew up in this place and in this area, and i think that you will absolutely love this place. Next the hwy 400 exit 6. Grocery store is near by, and we are right around the corner from the Chattahoochee park! Perfect Location. I am in the process of moving everything out, and getting the whole place cleaned and painted, as Ill will be returning back to Los Angeles next weekend. .. Which is why I am listing this property now.. Renter is responsible for all utilities (water, electric). First and Last months rent is due at signing. No smoking allowed. Pets can be disgusted.. That would be a case by case situation. Depending and the size of pet and behavior..
