Indian Shores home is located next to the Ringling Museum, Ca d'Zan, New College, and walking distance to the bay for strolls at Sapphire Shores Park, Indian Beach Park, and Charles Hegener Memorial Nature walk. This home is rented fully furnished with every essential needed for your stay. It is also completely ADA compliant with grab bars throughout the home, and chair lift in the garage. Linens, Shower/Beach Towels, Cookware, Basic cleaning supplies, and more. There are T.V.'s throughout the home, in living room and bedrooms. As well as, a Mac computer with a Guest Login option, and a printer in the office. The home has been completely decluttered, drawers and closets have plenty of room for your personal belongs. We left the decor for you to enjoy, we wanted the home to have a homey feeling. There is a seating room with an electric fireplace, a beautiful outdoor patio with dinning table, and chairs to settle into with a good book or your morning coffee. The home has a large 2 car garage, with misc. tools for renters to use, and a spacious oasis in the backyard for your enjoyment. We would love to offer anyone interested, a tour of the home. Home is best used for people relocating and looking for a home, or ones waiting for a new build, locals with renovations and seasonal travelers. We would consider a 6 or 8 month lease, however, we do prefer someone looking for a yearly lease. If you are looking for something shorter term, we do still encourage you to reach out. Utilities are a flat rate of $225 per month. Water and electric services will remain in the owner's name. Wi-Fi service, provided through Frontier, will also remain under the owner's account and is included as part of the utilities. We would consider a 6-8 month lease; however, our preference is for a yearly lease. If you're looking for a shorter stay, please don't hesitate to reach out, as we may be open to discussing other options. Pets will be considered case by case.
