The property is accessed by a blacktop road with small inclines, and trailers are prohibited. This is a duplex property, and the cabin owner occasionally visits the area, staying in the adjacent portion of the cabin. There are separate entrances for owners and guests, and all outdoor amenities are accessible to guests only. The owner's area is locked and cannot be accessed. Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arriving early or departing late will result in additional charges. No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. Pets are only allowed at pet-friendly cabins, and a minimum of $350 per pet will be charged for pets brought to non-pet-friendly cabins or for pets that were not pre-approved. No smoking is allowed. Occasionally, guests may experience weather conditions or power outages that are out of the host's control. The hosts will do all they can to assist but are not responsible for issues beyond their control. The hot tubs are the most requested amenity, and while every effort is made to keep them functioning perfectly, mechanical problems may occur that cannot be resolved quickly in this remote area, and no refunds are made if this occurs.
