Me and my roommate and my one cat (Oreo-declawed) have a 3 bedroom house and we are looking for a 3rd roommate. We are 31 and 33 and laid back, outgoing professionals. I currently work in pharmaceuticals and I'm applying to medical school and she is in a biomedical masters program at PCOM. The house is very modern and is located on a quiet street in Manyunk just 5 blocks (10 min walk) from main street fun, but far enough it's quiet! The house is bright with 3 equal sized rooms, one bath (rain shower head), dishwasher, laundry, basement, back yard, hardwood floors down stairs with carpeted rooms. The closets are not the biggest but decent. the rooms are big enough though that if you needed more space there is room for a wardrobe and dresser. (last girl even had a vanity as well) No worries about snow or public transport as it's flat and the street is an emergency snow route so it's always plowed. The bus stop is three blocks away and the Wissahickon transport station to transfer is only down the road. the Manyunk train station is 4 blocks away. PCOM is only a 5 min drive and Drexel med is only a 10 min drive. also close to st. Joes and Philadelphia university. Center city is only a 15 min drive or three stops on the train. (temple University is 2 stops away) Parking is on street and it's not bad as it's not on the hill and it's just far enough away from main street that there is ample spots. We have full living room furniture with a 56in flat screen TV (bigger then the one in the picture :)). if you like to cook then you'll love that I have a wall of chef knives and I think I even need more!! The couch pulls out to a full sized bed, nice for guests. We are open to short term sublet as well. Move in would require you're own lease and $650 for the security deposit with first month (flexible with getting the full amount to us). We hope to hear from you!!
