    Hello! Welcome to our beautiful, modern apartment! This bedroom is 1 of 4 private bedroom/private bathroom we host with the same modern and sleek interior design. You will have your private bedroom and bathroom and share some common areas! Short-term stay does not need to mean a hole in a wall where you suffer through for the time being. You can stay for a short time and have a space where you can feel comfortable and welcomed. Let us tell you about our place! Our classy apartment boasts an open-plan living, with modern, minimalist interior design that inspires unclutteredness, elegance, and groundness. It is an ideal base for work-travelers to live in Gainesville for a few weeks or a few months. We designed our apartment to be a place to come and recharge from the day. The living room is a space for conversation and reading (hence no television), the kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking and dining, and the in-apartment washer/dryer is available anytime for your convenience. Each private bedroom is designed with the intention to be an uncluttered, calming space for you to come into after a long day from work, research, or studies and be able to recharge. It is equipped with a large work desk, smart TV with streaming services, and full size memory foam mattress. The private bathroom ensures you have your personal hygiene space and the spacious walking closet ensures you have proper space for storage. Our apartment is central to the University of Florida, UF Health Shands, Butler Plaza, and Celebration Pointe. If you need transportation to the University of Florida you can take the Gainesville RTS (Regional Transit System) bus number 20, 21, 28, or 33. If you need transportation to UF Health Shands you can take bus number 33 or 36. Gainesville RTS is free for UF and UF Health Shands students, employees, and associates! As for food, you can choose between Whole Foods Market (1.2 mi), Publix Super Market (1.1 mi), or Walmart Supercenter (1.1 mi) to buy groceries. If you are the eat out kind, you can choose from tens of restaurants in the newly developed Butler Plaza (1.0 mi) and Celebration Pointe (1.6 mi). We always enjoy 4Rivers for their smoked brisket in Butler Plaza and Spurrier's Gridiron Grille for their classy yet fun environment in Celebration Pointe. Last few perks are that the apartment is conveniently located on the first floor to aid when you are bringing groceries home and the complex swimming pool is a great place to sunbathe, swim, or simply read a book. To ensure the clean and comfortable environment for all, we do not allow smoking 25 feet from the property. You will be responsible for all utilities except the internet! It is included! Lease to be renewed every month.
