No laundry facilities or pets, with curbside parking for one vehicle. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and centrally located, minutes to downtown Vancouver. Asking $1400/month, which includes water, gas, electric, and garbage/recycling. Tenant is responsible for rent and any additional amenities they desire (internet/cable). First and last month's rent, plus a security deposit, are due at signing. Tenant pays rent and any additional amenities they desire (internet, cable, etc.). Landlord covers all bills. Curbside parking for one vehicle only. No pets and absolutely no smoking.
