The room's bathroom is shared with one other long-term tenant, and another half bath is accessible for guests. Enjoy access to two community pools, a garage gym (weights, bench, pull-up bar, rings, and a rower), a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy loft library. This rental includes a dedicated (unshared) pantry space and fridge/freezer. We have ample storage space, so if you want to bring your own furnishings rather than use those provided, I should be able to accomodate.
