ATTENTION! I could rant & rave about this house & it's 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths plus the awesome half bath for guests... I could tell you how the hall bath has been redone & the new tiled shower in it is gorgeous!!... or I could say how the HVAC system is only 3 years old & the hot water heater was just replaced last year... but let's talk about the AWESOME screened in back porch- it's large enough to have a party- & the fenced in back yard is huge!!
