Interested in a place in Viridian? We have a townhome for lease. Our renters of three years had to break their lease so we're looking for new renters. The place is available now (painters coming March 3 and 4). We absolutely love our townhome. And we also absolutely love our community, our neighbors, our HOA and how close our townhome is to the lake (only the super fancy homes on Viridian Park Lane - and a couple other townhomes - are closer! ). You want proof? Of course you do. (these write-ups turn frogs to princes every day). We bought the home we've been staring at out our front windows for the past 4 years (so if you rent this place, you'll know right where to find us!) Ours is NOT MUCH DIFFERENT from the many other exceptional townhomes CB Jeni has been building here in Viridian (the name of our Pleasantville-esque neignborhood). We think ours is special because: 1) it's so close to the lake/park that we take a walk as a family every night after dinner (or play tennis on one of our two new lit tennis courts) 2) all three bedrooms are upstairs (great for the littles or minimizing TV noise from downstairs), 3) the dining room is cleverly separated a nice bit from the open kitchen - living room layout 4) the huge granite island that opens out to the living room 5) the gas stove and the stainless steel appliances (okay, you'd probably see those anywhere in Viridian) 6) "picnics" on the front steps looking out at the lake while chatting with super friendly neighbors, 7) our small back patio, 8) the elementary school at the end of our block that offers Spanish Immersion, World Languages (Hindi, Mandarin and Arabic) and Suzuki Strings, 9) the flowering tree out our front windows, and 10) the bike path to River Legacy's trail system 50 yards away. We think both our townhome layout and our location within Viridian are really nice. Our developers and our HOA have made the Viridian community a truly magical place. Where else can you race sailboats on a Wednesday night, go to water aerobics or play sand volleyball on a Thursday night, attend a movie in the park/on the beach/in the pool on a Friday night, walk to an Artesian market on a Saturday morning, swim in one of our many pools (including a salt water adults-only pool) on a Sunday, get tennis and/or swim lessons on Monday, join the Pickleball club and play just about any day of the week, and attend Brews Day on a Tuesday? Oh, and you can take your kiddos to one of the neighborhood's more than a dozen parks and even send them to Viridian's summer camp. This place is truly amazing. Have a pet? We are open to most pets. Let's talk. Thank you for your interest. To discuss this rental opportunity or schedule a viewing, please give us a call or text.
