Comfortable spacious apartment. Hardwood floors, large windows in every room. Good lighting and its easy to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Heaters work very well and the AC has a remote and temp settings. Stores and Restaurants in the area can get you almost anything you want. Really convenient for everything. Its a great place in a great location. And if you are social this is the place to be. Everyone is VERY friendly. Renter responsible for Gas and Electric. hot water, heat and Internet included. Flexibility with rental times.... 1 year or one week rental is ok. Prices vary on rental time. The apartment is furnished but can be empty if desired.
