WE ARE NOT DOING TOURS UNTIL IT IS CONFIRMED THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FURNISHED, SHORT-TERM RENTAL. We are only renting the house one time out of respect for our neighbors and are looking for a minimum of a 2 month lease (preference for the entire 3 months). Looking for a furnished place to call home for a couple months this summer? Consider making our home your home. It is available for a 2-3 month rental from about May 15, 2023 to about August 15, 2023 (let us know if your dates don't exactly align). It is located in the Viridian neighborhood of North Arlington, just minutes from HWY 30, HWY 360 and HWY 183. This is our home and everything in it is available for you to use (even the ridiculous number of spices that are impossible to keep in any kind of order). The house is both modern and comfortable. It has super high ceilings and an open floor plan on the first floor that lets in tons of light (note: the OLED TV still works great on a sunny day). We plan to have 3 bedrooms available (two with really nice king mattresses and one with a full mattress (and a chalkboard wall) and one we will use for storage. If you absolutely need a fourth bedroom, we can talk about other storage options. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and walk-in shower. There's an office nook with a printer next to a large playroom (note that we're working to take off the masking tape three-point line). We have loads of toys (Legos, kids microscope, etc), books and games. We have a Peloton and some weights and a weight bench. The dressers and closets will be empty, family pictures tucked away and all the artwork that only a parent could love taken down so you can feel like this is your place while here, whether you have children or not. Our outdoor space has three comfortable couches in the back and a new Weber grill. As non-Texans, we had no idea how much we would like the covered porch in the back when the sun is beating down. The best thing might just be the neighborhood, the HOA amenities and how close we are to the water. We absolutely love it here. In fact, we moved from one block over (literally) back in 2018 and now rent that townhome and can see it out our back window (landlord references available upon request ). There's a resort style family pool area (with four pools, including a lap pool and even barbecue grills) and an adults-only infinity pool. There's also a big sandy beach at Lake Viridian. There are tennis courts with lights, tennis lessons available and a big pickle ball community. There's a nightly meetup at the dog park. There are free exercise classes weekly and events like outdoor movie nights put on by the HOA (see picture). There's even a Sailing/Paddleboard Club you can join. I do not check email as often. This is a 2.5 - 3 month rental of a fully furnished home. The home is available from about May 15 to August 15. Out of respect for our neighbors, we are not renting for shorter stays and are only having one renter for the period we are gone. The security deposit will be paid back ASAP.
