    This is a one-owner home. We have one of the largest yards in the subdivision. This is a foam panel construction home (see www.enercept.com for more information...this is who we ordered/purchased our panels through). Due to energy efficient foam panels, this home is registered with the Department of Energy. The windows are all Anderson WindowWalls for energy efficiency. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level over the two car garage--this is a side to side split. The laundry facilities (not a laundry room...a laundry closet) is also on this level. Drop down stairs in the master walk-in closet lead to the lit attic with MASSIVE storage. The next level is the living area with a large tiled entry and coat closet, a family room with fireplace, the formal dining room with wainscoting, and the kitchen with a small side breakfast area. The kitchen exits to the back yard onto a new deck (3 years old) and the fenced back yard. The next level down is the garage. There is an entry from both the garage and the inside of the house to the finished basement on the last level. The basement has a family room, a non-conforming bedroom, a large bathroom, and a walk-in closet. There is also a kitchenette (has small fridge and sink with cabinets and drawers. There is a small coat closet/storage off of the kitchen, as well as the door to the storm shelter and location of the sump pump (has strongest sump pump as well as strongest battery back-up sump pump. The furnace and water heater are also on this level behind a double door. The basement was finished in 2000 and has had new carpet in the family room, bedroom, and closet and had new stone-like vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The walls were also freshly painted approximately five years ago. The entire house including the basement has knock-down ceilings...the only popcorn ceiling is in the garage. New garage doors and rails, springs, etc. in 2011. The roof was also replaced in 2011 with impact-resistant Malarkey shingles (www.malarkeyroofing.com/products) graded to sustain golf ball-sized hail and winds up to at least 160 MPH. These also lower your insurance premium. The entire upper levels of the home were redone (ceilings repainted, new oil-rubbed bronze lights and ceiling fans, walls repainted, new oil-rubbed bronze faucets in kitchen and bathroom sinks, new carpet, tile, and laminate flooring, and the wood floor in the kitchen was refinished) in 2011. All door knobs and outer knobs and locks were changed to oil-rubbed bronze approximately two years ago. Home comes with a two-year American Home Shield warranty to cover all electrical, appliances, heating and cooling, plumbing, etc. Connected to Google Fiber. Exterior was painted in 2016. Lap siding on entire home.
