Just across the freeway from Arco Arena and close to great shopping including Best Buy, Target, and lots of restaurants and yet being on the other side of the freeway there is less traffic lights and traffic. Neighborhood Bel Air is awesome, our own Starbucks and 24 hr gas station. There is a great community shuttle, the Natomas Flyer, which picks up commuters all around the area (stop is one block from house) and drops off at various spots downtown for $1.00!!! It's very reliable and popular, especially with gas prices today. There is lots of walking trails to be found, retention nature basins for bird watchers and levee hikes for those with dogs.
