The property is located on 0.59 acres and there is a Kroger at the end of the street. This property is located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville with quick access to I-24 and I-65. We love pets so bring them on. We do ask a $150 non-refundable pet fee with $50 a month for each animal below 35 pounds. If the animal is between 35-50 pounds the pet rent is $75.
