The home is quiet, clean, and low-key, with easy access to Temecula, French Valley, Winchester, Menifee, and the 215/15 corridors. The room includes a dedicated full bathroom, and you will have access to the shared areas of the home, including the kitchen, laundry, and common living spaces. Utilities and 1 GB Wi-Fi are included. We work full time, attend school, and are often out camping or doing outdoor activities on weekends. We keep a quiet household and do not have frequent visitors other than occasional out-of-town family. We are looking for a responsible roommate who wants a peaceful place to live.
