I've really loved living here but I'll be moving out to travel but continuing to rent the house out. The suite offers private entrance french doors that lead onto the large back deck with lots of seating, a propane grill, fire pit, and two rooms with lots of natural sunlight. I currently use one room with the built-in bookcases as a living room/office which leads into the other room used as the bedroom with a large closet and private bathroom. The house is 2200 sqft and is shared with 3 other roommates who live on the 2nd floor. The main living room, dining room, kitchen, and another 1/2 bath are shared with everyone. The 1st floor suite is very private and quiet (the first 5 pictures are the office/living and the bedroom). The rent for the whole suite is $965 per month which includes water/sewer/trash. Cable w/HBO and wifi, electricity, and a monthly cleaning service for the shared areas are split between the 4 roommates. Other features: - The suite can be furnished with a bed, dresser, couch, curtains, etc. or unfurnished if preferred. - Central heat/air and amazing hot water (you'll never run out of hot water!) - Full size washer and dryer in the basement - Regular lawn care and maintenance guy takes care of the house/grounds - Dedicated pantry space in the kitchen pantry, garbage disposal, water and ice maker, Keurig, and other shared appliances and dishware - Your own mini fridge and microwave can be provided in the suite if requested - Lots of basement storage if you want to store anything - Wood burning fireplace - Garage parking spot possibly available for an additional fee The house is renovated, safe, located in a prime location on the historic Monument Ave at the intersection of Hamilton Ave. Close to everything...Carytown, Museum District, The Fan, West End, Willow Lawn, etc. And it's just a block to Stella's and Stella's Market! Crunch Gym is just a few blocks away too. It's really the perfect location. The new bus line is 2 blocks away and the 195 entrance in a block away. The three other roommates living upstairs are all awesome young professional ladies. All mid-20s to early 30s. One is an active, sweet, project manager in the corporate world, the second is a graduate student starting her MBA at the Brandcenter, and the third is an amazingly warm, super creative Brand Strategist in the advertising industry. We're looking preferably for a female (males considered) roommate with a similar lifestyle...young professional or graduate student. LGBTQ friendly. This would also be a great option as a corporate rental for anyone just in town for a few days a week.
