Most prior tenants have stayed 3+ years, FWIW ;) Pets negotiable, with separate pet deposit. We would like to avoid large, "high energy" dogs and/or untrained dogs/puppies (the floors are beautiful/original) that could potentially be destructive to the house/yard (i.e., digging, etc.) but otherwise pretty pet-friendly.
