Locally known as "Captain Wright House", an historic early to mid 19th century frame structure with a number of original architectural features preserved and in good repair. Wide pine board flooring, small ornate porch east side. According to local tradition it was constructed by "Captain Wright" a canal boat captain on the Pennsylvania Canal after 1830.
