This is a quiet and close knit community, so our guests must be courteous and respectful to our neighbors. We prefer quiet guests who are looking for a longer stay. The living space, kitchen, and dining space are all on the 2nd floor in a gorgeous open concept great room. Perfect gathering space for the whole house! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential appliances - gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, toaster, toaster oven, blender, food processor, hot water kettle, french press, pots & pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, cooking utensils. The washer/dryer closet is located on the 2nd floor, iron & detergent provided. Room #1: This is the master suite on the 3rd floor, which also includes a huge balcony. Master bathroom w/ double sinks is attached to the master bedroom. TV, desk, and mini fridge are on this floor as well for your convenience! TV is set up with Chromecast so you can conveniently stream videos from your personal accounts. Room #2: This is on the 2nd floor, right off of the kitchen. Full bathroom is right outside the door. Room #3: This is on the 1st floor, den right off of the garage. Half bathroom is right outside of the door and next to the entry. This room has a sofa bed and desk. The den on the 1st floor is used to store bikes and other beach supplies. We have 4 beach cruisers, wagon, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, volleyball & net, beach totes, yoga mats, waterproof playing cards, etc. Pls request prior to your arrival, and we will make sure everything you need is available!
