Furniture shown in the photos is now mostly gone but there are a few pieces that could remain. This is a gem as apartments go in Bangor. You must fill out an online application through the management company. Please contact me first for initial screening. It is a 1-year lease. First and last month's rent up front with an $1,100 security deposit. Rent includes heat. You need to pay electric but no other utilities. No smoking is allowed. You have to set up your own internet. You have to follow the rules about no loud parties, but it's pretty reasonable.
